Join Us at Healthy Together Detroit!
Healthy Together Detroit is a free, family-friendly health event designed to help Detroit residents prepare for flu season while improving access to preventive healthcare and wellness resources. The event will bring together healthcare providers and local wellness partners to offer free wellness screenings, vaccinations, low-impact fitness activities, education and resources that empower our community to take charge of their health this fall and beyond.
The event will be hosted by the Liberian Association of Michigan in partnership with the Detroit Health Department and Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency.
Our goal is simple: Improve health. Prevent illness. Strengthen our community.
Serving 100+ community members across the Puritan Ave corridor and the broader metro Detroit area.

- Families
- Medicare & Medicaid beneficiaries
- Uninsured & underinsured residents
- Individuals managing chronic health conditions
- Individuals who are unhoused
