Self Love Sound Bath (Pilates Upgrade Available)

The Self Love Sound Baths are a monthly ritual hosted by the , led by at in Corktown.

Held on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM, this experience is designed to help you slow down, fuel your body with sound and breath, and intentionally step into the month ahead with clarity, purpose, and intention.

This is an invitation to return to yourself before the noise, schedules, and demands of another month take over.

Each Self Love Sound Bath creates space for:

• Grounding and intention setting
• Breathwork
• Sound immersion
• Deep rest and reflection
• A supportive, alcohol-free wellness community

This experience is for anyone who:

• Craves a grounded, intentional start to the month
• Feels overstimulated or stretched thin
• Values self love as a practice
• Wants dedicated space to reconnect with themselves
• Is curious about sound, breathwork, and nervous system support

You’re invited to bring your reusable water bottle or gallon container with you.

As our gift, every attendee can fill up with up to one gallon of water to take home, compliments of and our .
