Healthy Minds, Healthy Lives Resource Fair

Hospitals, citywide agencies, elected official offices and local community organizations will be sharing free health resources, information, services, screenings and giveaways. This fair will also include a free “Spring into Fitness” movement session led by Shape Up NYC. This event is open to all!
