Join us for Healthy Kids Day, a FREE community event dedicated to helping kids and families build healthy habits through fun and active play.The Central Connecticut Coast YMCA is proud to host Healthy Kids Day across all of our branches, bringing families together for a day filled with games, movement, learning and connection. Whether you're already part of the Y community or visiting for the first time, everyone is welcome.
What to Expect
Families can enjoy a variety of activities designed to inspire healthy living, including:
