This event is a holistic view of getting our lives in shape after the holidays. This will be an interactive event, so wear exercise or loose-fitting clothes. There will be healthy food and prizes during this event. The schedule of events will include:

Breathwork & Meditation: Rev. Steve Barnes, M.Div (Pastor of the Spiritual Expansion Center, KCK)
