Healthy Hearts and Cardiovascular Disease in Sutton

About this workshop:

This in-person workshop will be looking at working with community group leaders and members, local communities and health services to explore how we can improve outreach regarding healthy hearts and cardiovascular disease. We will be talking about awareness of symptoms, awareness of services, lifestyle factors and support in Sutton.

The event will include a short introduction about the importance of healthy hearts in Sutton and the existing insight on this topic so far, followed by an interactive session where you will work in small groups facilitated by a member of the Healthwatch team to explore the different ideas and insights about healthy hearts and cardiovascular disease.

The workshop will be from 10am to 1pm with a break for refreshments.
