This free, two-hour session is designed to break the isolation of leadership. By walking side-by-side in the expansive landscape of the Suffolk Sandlings, we bypass formal barriers to foster a space for honest reflection, shared wisdom, and genuine peer support.

Traditional networking can feel transactional; this is about transformational connection. By walking the heath:

• Reflective Space: Use the rhythm of walking and "Wild Coach" prompts to gain clarity on your current professional hurdles.
• Nature as Facilitator: Experience how the open horizons of Sutton Heath lower stress and spark the "big picture" thinking often lost in a busy week.

This event is specifically for Founders, CEOs, Directors, and Senior Leaders in the Ipswich and Suffolk area who are:

• Navigating the "solitary" nature of leadership and seeking a trusted peer circle.
• Looking to step away from the noise to reflect on their strategic direction.
• Ready to use the outdoors as a tool for mental clarity and resilience.

• Arrival & Intro: A brief introduction to the day’s reflective theme—designed to get you thinking "big picture" from the first step.
• The Guided Walk: A 2-hour loop through the rugged pine woods and open heathland of Sutton Heath.
• Facilitated Dialogue: We include "the shuffle"—structured moments to ensure you share insights and support with various peers throughout the route.
• The Closing Circle: A final group reflection and an invitation to join the wider Wild Coach community.

• When: 17th April, 09:30 – 11:30 hours.
• Where: Sutton Heath Southern Car Park, off the B1083, IP12 3TG.
• Parking: Large free car park available.
• Terrain: Mostly flat, sandy paths. Can be uneven; please wear sturdy trainers or walking shoes.
• Weather: We walk rain or shine! Please bring a waterproof jacket.
