The Healthy Cornwall team will be visiting the Edward Hain Centre on 16th April to offer free health checks. The free assessment will give you access to:- Cholesterol & HBA1C check if over 40
- Blood pressure reading
- Height & weight check using full body composition scales
- Cardiovascular disease risk score
Their friendly advisors can offer advice on how to improve your overall health and signpost to services that can offer further support.
