About this Event

Hosted by the Stanford Lifestyle Medicine program and the Longevity Project, this is the third event in our Healthy Aging series! We are excited to bring new ideas, perspectives, and innovations focused on building a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle as we age.

This year, we'll explore how purpose, power, and play are core to living a healthy life - not just in the gym, but in our mindset, movement, decision-making, and daily habits.

Healthy Aging 2026 will be offered in-person as well as virtual, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to attend.
