Patient-directed lab testing is done on the 3rd Friday of each month at the hospital’s Primary Care clinic, which is located in downtown Sheridan at 61 South Gould Street. Tests offered include: Blood Chemistry Panel, CBC, PSA, HA1C, and Vitamin D. These tests DO NOT require a physician’s order.
