Come find out how we can help you!
You won't want to miss this special FREE event being hosted at St. Mark's United Church as part of the new 55+ initiative, and organized by Horizon Health and St. Joseph's Community Health Centre.
There will be an introduction to each of the health care professionals, followed by a chance to visit them one-on-one at different stations.
To answer any health questions you may have there will be health care professionals from St. Joseph's Community Health Centre -
Nurse, Dietitian, Occupational Therapist, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Respiratory Therapist, and a Social Worker As well, art therapist Kim Cookson and several UNB Nursing Students will be present.
