In this workshop, we'll explore the practices of Kundalini and Tantra, ancient traditions that offer a path to deep self-discovery, spiritual connection, and expanded consciousness. This is a space for us to explore how these powerful tools can help us connect more deeply with ourselves and each other, heal past wounds, and embrace our authentic selves. We'll learn techniques to awaken our life force energy, open our hearts, and cultivate a sense of pleasure and intimacy that is sacred and uniquely ours.
Cost: $100/person; $180/couple
Time of Event: 9:00AM - 4:00PM
Please bring: yoga mat, cushion for meditation, sacred object such as a gemstone or necklace, water bottle, brown bag lunch (lunch will not be provided), comfortable clothing for yoga.
