Health Emphasis Weekend - New Beginnings!
Join us at the Lawton Seventh-day Adventist Church for an enlightening New Year's Health Emphasis Culinary Workshop dedicated to exploring the transformative benefits of plant-based eating!
There will be a spiritually informative seminar starting at 6:00pm on Friday evening on ZOOM (link will be sent to all registrants). This will reveal what the Bible teaches about health and spirituality.
Another seminar will be held on Saturday morning starting at 11am in the main sanctuary of the church with another power-packed seminar later that afternoon beginning at 3pm in the fellowship hall (the white building behind the church). Between the morning and afternoon seminars we will be serving a FREE luncheon to all of our valued guests! First come, first serve! Potluck style :)
Then the finale will be held on Sunday with an engaging culinary workshop showcasing practical cooking demonstrations with a fun, interactive group activity to help put into practice what you'll learn during class time.
