About this Event

Book your 30 minute, free appointment for a health check with the Health Defence team from Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland.

Our health checks include a blood pressure check, cholesterol screening, BMI calculation, and waist measurement.

Each appointment will include the checks, followed by a chat with a member of the team who will go through your results and provide you with personalised lifestyle recommendations for optimal health.

Open to 18+.

Each appointment lasts 30 minutes and starts at the allocated time on your ticket.
