This an illustrated talk plus site activities on well-being benefits of the Arboretum, presented by Tracy Spencer (psychologist and mindfulness teacher) and Pat Fleming, based on their work co-leading the successful ‘Coming Home to our Senses’ program on site in 2025. It is organised on their theme of the health and well-being value of botanic gardens and arboreta. Meet at Education Centre.
