Healing Your Inner Child: Workshop Overview:
This Inner child healing workshop is a guided process that helps you reconnect with your younger self, acknowledge past wounds, and nurture your emotional needs so they can be met as an adult. We do this in a safe group setting, so each person is surrounded with love and support as they navigate discovery of their inner child.
What Inner Child Work Is:
Your inner child represents the younger version of you — the part of you that holds your earliest experiences of safety, belonging, and truth. If your needs were unmet, feelings were too difficult to process, or you felt neglected or hurt by trauma, these experiences can shape adult emotional patterns. Inner child work is about meeting those needs now, with self-compassion, forgiveness and mindfulness, to heal and transform your life.
Goals of the Workshop:
Reconnect with your inner child through discussion, visualization, journaling, and guided dialogue.
Identify unmet needs and emotional patterns from childhood that influence your adult life,
Validate your past experiences and emotions without judgment
Practice self-reparenting — treating yourself with the care you needed as a child
Allowing your "Inner Child" to exist in a safe space.
