Join us for this all-levels healing practice followed by a relaxing sound bath. This nourishing, embodied yoga practice includes active and passive yoga postures, mindful transitions, mobility work and functional movement. In addition, the exploration of stress reduction and healing practices such as breathwork, meditation, sound healing, mantras and more! All levels welcome.
