Get ready to learn the ancient art of sourdough bread baking!Did you know that sourdough bread isn't always sour? It can be sweet, sour, or anywhere in between. If you've ever tried real sourdough bread, you'll know how much better it tastes than regular yeasted bread.
Our instructor Jordan Johnson will teach you a “no-knead” method so that you’ll never need a mixer or to spend time kneading the dough. Jordan will teach how to maintain a sourdough starter, know when its ready to mix into the dough, when its ready to shape, preshaping and final shaping, and how to bake it for the best results. You will learn everything you'll need to make excellent and healthy sourdough bread.
At the end of class everyone will go home with a loaf they can bake at home!
