Healing Vibrations: Gentle Sound Bath - Fundraiser for the Ember Center

Join us for a restorative evening of sound, relaxation, and meaningful community support. This special event, gentle sound bath, invites you to unwind while helping raise funds for the Ember Center (formerly Crisis Center), which provides safety, advocacy, and healing resources for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

During this calming experience, the gentle and soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments will guide you into deep rest while gentle relaxation cues help quiet the mind and ease tension in the body.

As you relax and recharge, your participation directly supports survivors and the vital services that help them rebuild their lives.

What to Expect

• A 60-minute guided sound bath meditation

• Immersive sound with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments

• A calming, restorative experience suitable for all levels

Come relax, restore, and stand in support of survivors. Your presence makes a difference.

* This is not a traditional yoga studio, there are no props provided. You will need to bring with what you need to be comfortable, such as yoga mat, and comfort items like a blanket, eye mask or cloth to cover your eyes, bolster for under your knees to support your back and/or a small pillow for your head. Some even like to bring a small padded mat or zero gravity patio chair to lay on if laying on the floor is uncomfortable for you.*
