Taylor Marie, MS LPCC, and Toni Mehring, lifelong Artist, invite you on an artistic journey exploring how to release judgement and expectation while re-building confidince in yourself and your abilities in art and beyond, using CBT- inspired techniques.
When we were kids, and before we had worries about what the world thought of us, we simply did things that made us happy. Our workshop is called RE-building confidence rather than building confidence because our authentic, confident selves are still here within us.
Suggested donation is $30. Please contact the event organizer directly if your financial situation prevents attendance.
