Simple Syrup formed in 2020 as a pandemic project among CU alumni and friends Jake Silverman, Bennett Salveson, Connor Mcnulty, and Dave Klug (formerly of Capitol Reef). With the addition of drummer Danny Wall, percussionist Ryan Strzepa, and singer Camille Crofford in 2021 the ensemble took on its present form. Drawing from rock, metal, jam, r&b and electronic music, Simple Syrup lays down a powerful cocktail of musical composition with a signature loud and proud tone.
