Healing Sound CircleThe February Full Moon is also called the snow moon. It is a time for introspection and a time to retreat inward - aligning with natures slower pace.
An opportunity to allow in healing, rejuvenation and to reignite ourselves.
This unique experience is a fusion blend of many tools I have learned in my yoga teacher training journey including; Somatic integrated movement, Pranayama (breath-work), Sound & Vibration, Meditation, Mantra, and Reiki.
For this circle, I ask that you create a cozy space for yourself in the circle and embrace the experience.
There is no persuasion for participants to sing, meditate or move. And no judgment for those that choose not to. This is your time, your healing circle. You choose what you need just for that day.
If you have something you would like to bring to the circle to be cleansed and charged, please feel free to do so.
If you have a gift; reiki, energy healing, musical, intuitive readings, etc, there will be an opportunity for you to offer your gift only if you choose to. Please contact prior to the event.
