Let go of your stress with a relaxing and healing sound bath with handmade Tibetan singing bowls.
Sound healing uses the power of sound to restore one’s mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance. Sound waves from the bowls create harmonic resonance that trains the brain to move into deeper brain wave frequencies.
You will find it deeply relaxing and restorative.
Please bring a yoga mat, (ideally 2 for comfort) pillow, blankets and eyemask.
