When was the last time you took some time to focus on yourself?We have all heard the expression that you can’t pour from an empty cup, and with life being so busy and many of us spinning so many plates, making sure your cup is full to overflowing is crucial!
Taking the time to relax, turn inward and replenish your energetic reserves as well as connect to like-minded women is not only an act of self-care, but is truly a gift to everyone around you. We can only turn up as the best version of ourselves for others if we feel that way for ourselves first.
So, join me on Saturday 27th September 2025 for a wonderful Wellbeing Retreat Day, in the beautiful calming surrounds of Wisdom House in Romsey, and leave energetically, mentally and spiritually lifted.
Throughout the day we focus on mediation, mindfulness, relaxation and healing through oracle card pulling, an energy focused workshop, a craft session and finish the day with a beautiful sound bath.
To allow you to completely relax, the day is fully catered, including tea and coffee breaks and a 2-course lunch, and a lovely slice of cake to ground us after the sound bath!
