Healing prayer is available at this service, taking place inside St Laurence's Church (Lady Chapel), on the first Thursday evening of the month.Prayer is offered for yourself, or for someone you care about and there is the option for anointing of oil also.
This service is open to everyone, and you can participate in as little or as much as you like. If you have never been before, this is what takes place:
Welcoming prayer, gentle music, scripture reading and short talk from the service leader.
Option for healing prayer then takes place with anointing of oils available.
You do not have to participate in all of this, simply sitting and enjoying the space is also absolutely fine too.
If you have often wondered what this monthly service is about, why not come along and bring someone with you. All are welcome.
