In this 45-minute interactive session, children will explore:
🪷 Mindfulness Practices – gentle breathing and focus exercises to help them feel calm and present.
💎 Crystal Discovery – hands-on learning about different crystals, their colors, textures, and the positive qualities they can represent.
🎨 Creative Reflection – a short guided activity to connect their feelings with their crystal’s “energy.”
This is a relaxed, sensory-friendly space where kids can slow down, listen inward, and leave with a crystal to keep as a reminder of their peaceful moment.
