Healing Sangha

The meaning of Sangha is to come together in community and build each other up.We will focus on breathwork, gentle stretching and restorative shapes with hands on marma, reiki, followed by guided meditation with sound healing using tuning forks and sounds bowls at the end.The focus of this class is to create a space for relaxation and healing. Fostering community and a safe space to come together and lift each other up.
