The practice of healing meditation is a wonderful and powerful technique from Tibetan Tantrayana Buddhism. It is used to balance an imbalance between the humors and the elements on the one side, and an imbalance between our mind and our body on the other.
In this seminar, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will introduce us to the wisdom of this meditation practice. We will learn how to use visualization, breathing techniques and meditation exercises to rebalance our body and mind and release blockages. With the help of this meditation, we can activate our self-healing powers, positively support healing processes, overcome negative emotions, increase our energy and find deep inner peace and relaxation.
