Kirtan the singing or chanting of a sacred mantras is an easy yet sublime method of yoga meditation.
Holding onto grudges and anger significantly impedes our personal growth and blocks us from experiencing true happiness.
We invite you to participate in our forgiveness meditation practice, where you will have the chance to clear your heart of anger and resentment, leaving the past behind. After the meditation, you will feel lighter, joyful, and at peace.
To amplify the effects, we will incorporate music and ancient yoga sounds—mantras, which have spiritual power and can help us release negative emotions.
