Healing in Community is a three-hour gathering where we come together to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect - with ourselves and with the nourishing field of shared presence.โฃ

We begin with group grounding, meditation, relational mindfulness, and coherence building to bring into our collective awareness the themes and intentions we arrive with.โฃ

Participants then receive Craniosacral Therapy or Presence Touch sessions from one of the community healing practitioners present.โฃ
โฃ
Both Craniosacral Therapy and Presence Touch are fully clothed bodywork modalities that work through gentle, subtle contact, supporting the bodyโs innate capacity to self-regulate and heal.โฃ

When held within a communal space of safety and stillness, this work deepens. The seeming boundaries between individual and collective healing begin to soften.โฃ

By practicing in community, we open a field where our personal experiences are held in a wider web of support, reminding us that our wholeness is deeply interconnected.โฃ

This gathering is donation-based. Nobody will be turned away due to lack of funds. Any donations offered will be used to support future Healing in Community events.โฃ
