About this Event
Dance Movement Therapy for People with Endometriosis-Related Chronic Pelvic Pain
Dance Therapy is a creative therapeutic intervention that integrates movement and emotional exploration to enhance overall wellbeing. One great study from Spain has shown that for those with endometriosis related chronic pain, Dance Therapy can significantly improve mental and physical health and reduce anxiety and kinesophobia (fear of movement).
This session is open to anyone experiencing pain with a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of endometriosis.
Co-Facilitators
This session will be co-facilitated by Camila Paviani, a Dance and Pilates Instructor certified in Dance Movement Therapy, and Natasha Rojkind, a Body and Dance Psychotherapist.

Why Attend?
I keep witnessing the emotional and physical toll that people with endometriosis experience. Our vision is to create an inclusive space where people can come together (regardless of mobility, pain, or fatigue levels). My hope is that this session sparks curiosity, offering you an environment to connect with your body in the ways it needs and wants to, to feel seen in your experiences, and to discover whether Dance Therapy could be a meaningful tool to enhance your quality of life.
