What To Expect

Healing Her is a women's pastoral support group, promoting physical well-being, emotional resilience and spirtual development.

We provide guidance to women facing challenging life situations; through faith, encouragement, meaningful conversations, holistic approaches to self-care and personal growth.

We believe that when women gather and support one another, transformations can happen. Our aim is to serve women in the community; providing a sense of belonging, where women can explore, learn and grow, fostering greater health, confidence and peace.

Healing Her is a free event, hosted the first Tuesday of every month.

Activites include:

• Discussions on various topics; including physical health, mental health and faith
• Guest speakers
• Reframing mindsets
• Well-being strategies
• Resilience techniques
• Fellowship
