Healing Hearts: Yoga With Riva

1-hour vinyasa session, taught by Riva Yeo.

Riva is an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor and co-founder of the Harvard Law Students Yoga Association (HLSYA). A proud graduate of Lila Wellness YTT, Riva started HLSYA with the intention of cultivating joyful community at HLS. She believes in yoga as an essential practice towards a freer and more compassionate world. Through her teaching, Riva seeks to honor yoga's lineage as a spiritual, ethical, and mental practice beyond asana.
