Run Rx Fall Run Club (+Optional Pilates for Runners!)

Join us for an easy 3 mile run leaving from the Run RX! Whether you need a post-Chicago shakeout, a pre-NYC easy run or just a fun Fall run with freinds.

We are partnering with our sister studio, The Pilates Rx for this run to offer a pre-run Pilates for Runners class. This will be limited to only 10 runners! If you're interested in taking the class before the run, please sign up here.

We will meet at at 6:15pm for an easy 3 mile shakeout/recovery run around the Mystic River. Afterwards you can come back to The Run Rx for complimentary use of foam rollers, Normatec Boots AND free manual treatments if interested. Our PT's will be on hand to answer any injury or training questions you may have!

We will also be raffling off a FREE gait analysis! Only those who sign up for the event here and are present for the run will be entered.

This event is open to all! Whether you're a current client, past patient or never knew we existed. Come on by and bring a friend!
