You might be carrying more than you realise. Or perhaps you already sense it, the patterns that repeat, the emotions that constantly surface, the mind that rarely feels quiet. Or maybe you're curious what it feels like to finally put it down.

Holistic Quarters & The Ark are honoured to welcome Tonie Nooyens to Singapore for a weekend dedicated to finding balance in our busy lives.

Workshop Theme: Pathways to Clarity and Inner Peace

Healing emotions and trauma through kriya, breath and meditation.

Across the weekend, we'll turn toward our most elementary emotions and gently work at clearing the subconscious mind. Drawing on the classical yogic roots that explain how our emotions form, we'll learn to identify and transform disturbing memories and patterns. Not to erase them, but to move through them, so we can live with more balance and peace.

What to Expect

Starting Friday evening and continuing through to Sunday, we'll meditate and move body and mind to cultivate the capacities and virtues that support real, lasting balance.

Meet Our Facilitator

Tonie is an experienced practitioner across multiple traditions of meditation, meditational yoga, and healing. He is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and one of the lead trainers on the KRI Asia Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program, travelling widely to facilitate teacher trainings, workshops and retreats across China, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Japan, Singapore, Myanmar and Taiwan.

Originally from the Netherlands, Tonie has lived and worked across Asia and Africa for over 30 years, based in Southeast Asia since 1990 and currently residing in Cambodia.
