This event is exclusively for Secondary School Students.
What
Designed with exam preparation in mind, this session focuses on helping students manage stress and stay calm under pressure. Students explore how stress affects the body and mind, and why too much stress can interfere with focus and performance. Through short mindfulness practices, students learn practical tools to steady themselves before exams, during revision, and in stressful moments. The emphasis is on simple strategies that can be used in real school and exam situations.
Learning Objectives
· Recognise personal stress signals
· Understand common exam stress responses
· Learn brief calming and grounding techniques
· Apply mindfulness strategies during assessments
