6 week Healing Class
This class will explore different aspects of Self-Healing, including meditation, crystals, sound and breathing techniques.
The class is aimed at giving you the tools to help yourself while having some fun along the way. Laughter being one of the best forms of medicine!
Cost: £60
Early bird £55 - full payment must be made by 28th September 2024
Venue: Willow Haven Shop
Date: Wednesday mornings starting 16th October 2024 to 20th November 2024
Time: 10am to 11.30am
Refreshments supplied. No need to bring anything with you unless you want to bring a cushion or a blanket for the meditations.
Payment can be made in 2 instalments with half being made at the time of booking to secure your space. Full payment must be made at least a week before the first class.
