Are you a parent, guardian, or caregiver supporting a child with mental or behavioral health challenges? You do not have to navigate this journey alone. Healing Circles is a free 6-week support program designed to provide caregivers with a safe, welcoming space to connect, reflect, and heal alongside others who understand the unique challenges of caregiving. Through guided conversations, peer support, wellness activities, and practical resources, participants will build community, strengthen coping strategies, and gain tools to better support both themselves and their families. To help reduce barriers to participation, Healing Circles offers attendee stipends to help offset childcare and transportation needs, along with milestone-based participation stipends awarded throughout the program in recognition of your time and commitment. Whether you are seeking connection, encouragement, practical support, or simply a space to breathe, Healing Circles is here to remind you that support exists—and healing happens in community. Light refreshments will be provided, and childcare support may be available upon request.
