The Letting Go Art Experience is a guided immersive process led by artist Priscila Soares, where creativity becomes a tool for release, expression, and presence. Through a blend of intuitive art-making, breath, music, movement, and gentle prompts, you’ll be invited to quiet the inner critic and reconnect with your creative flow — no experience needed.
This is not a traditional art class. There’s nothing to get right, nothing to prove, and no expectation of creating something “good.”
Just a space to slow down, express freely, and reconnect with yourself through the creative process.
