Join us for a transformative session designed to introduce you to the powerful science of Pranic Healing an internationally practiced no-touch no drug energy healing. In this interactive experience you'll learn the basics of energy healing and how prana (life force) affects your physical emotional and mental well-being. Learn to feel Prana in your hands. We will do some fun experiments with prana! What is Pranic Healing ?
Pranic Healing is an ancient science & art of healing that utilises prana or life force to heal physical and psychological ailments.
The session includes a one-on-one Pranic Healing session to help improve your general health and feel inner peace. Whether you're new to energy healing or seeking deeper clarity and vitality this session offers a practical and inspiring way to begin your journey toward inner balance and self-healing.
What is Twin Hearts meditation ?
The Meditation on Twin Hearts technique developed by Master Choa Kok Sui the Philippines based founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga is a technique to achieve illumination or "Universal Consciousness". It is also a form of world service that helps to bring harmony by blessing the earth with loving-kindness peace joy and good will. It does not follow any specific religious belief or guru (teacher). Doing the meditation involves blessing the earth with peace love light and joy.

4:30pm-5:00pm: Introduction to Pranic Healing & Twin Hearts meditation
5:00-6:00pm : Individual Pranic Healing sessions (each lasting 15 minutes per person)
6:00pm- 6:30pm- Guided Twin Hearts Meditation
6:30pm- 6:45pm - Sharing blessings with your family and loved ones. Sharing experiences.
