You’re invited to gather, move, and restore in the Headwaters Pilates Wellness Hive—a five-part monthly wellness series designed to nourish your body, steady your nervous system, and reconnect you to what truly supports you.Held once per month, each gathering blends thoughtful conversation, embodied practice, and community connection.
Each month centers on one essential pillar of wellbeing:

Every session includes a Pilates practice, intentionally paired with the month’s theme to help you embody what you’re learning—supporting strength, balance, and regulation from the inside out.
Guided by Katie Kay, MA, @the.witch.doctor.katiekay and Heather Garrick, M.Ed @headwaterspilates each gathering weaves science-informed insight with accessible, real-world tools you can actually use.
