The Heading Home Hennepin Annual meeting is opportunity for those dedicated to the efforts to prevent and end homelessness in Hennepin County to come together, netork and learn from one another. This year our theme is soultions. We will kick off the event with a performance by ZamYa theater group and hear from Hennepin County's Lived expereince Advisory Group, and leadership, along with presentation by Community Solutions.
