♻️ Help the City of Ocala protect the environment!On Saturday, April 25, city staff host a Hazardous and Electronic Waste Collection Day.
Household hazardous waste and electronics—such as paint, fluorescent bulbs and cellphones—will be collected from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the southwest corner of NE Eighth Avenue and NE 14th Street.
These items cannot be picked up with regular residential waste collection. Bringing them to this event for proper disposal will help keep them out of landfills and city water systems.
Special waste from businesses will not be accepted.
