We’d love for you to join us for our free and timed 5k run/walk.
👟 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱? Whether you run, jog, walk, or stroll with company, everyone’s welcome. Spread the word - the more the merrier! It’s whatever you want it to me - walk, run, jog, race - everyone is welcome. Family or friends in town? Bring them along!
🆓 Register once for FREE at parkrun.us to get your personal barcode (check our profile for links). Bring it with you and we’ll scan it at the finish to give you an official time. Once you’re registered, you can attend any parkrun worldwide - no need to sign up again! (Did we mention that it’s free? 😆)
☕ Afterward, we’ll head somewhere nearby for coffee/breakfast and a post-parkrun catch-up - please join us if you don’t have to rush off! We will announce where a the briefing.
