Haunted Threes is a 3 v 3 tourney that follows the rules of the video game EA Sports NHL Three's, but in real life! If your kids play the NHL video game, then they will know how this played. For those who don't know NHL Threes, here are the rules and how it will be played.
First, be aware that there are randomly generated "money pucks" and "minus pucks" that hold different score values. When Money pucks are scored, the result is +2 goals for the scoring team. When Minus pucks are scored, the team that scores receives +1 goal, while the opposing team could loose either -1 or -2 goals depending on the generated number.
Before the start of play, Puck values will be announced and also show on both rink tv monitors. If a team is at 0 and a minus puck is scored against, then the team IS NOT CHARGED a negative score.

Medals will be awarded to the champions as well as a skate with The Spooky Cup with a BOWL FULL OF HALLOWEEN CANDY!
Teams consist of 6 skaters and 1 goalie. Games are 10 minutes in length and each team will play each other at least 1 time in a round robin format before facing off in a single elimination playoff round for the championship.
The cost is $385 per team
Limited to four teams per 12U division. Date is Monday, October 30, 2023 12:00am-2:30pm.
