Hatha Yoga is our foundational yoga class. Standing poses, seated poses, reclining poses, and breathing techniques are taught at a pace that is easy to follow, and poses will be held for sufficient time to allow students to feel a good, deep stretch. Sun salutations and basic inversions may also be taught. Hatha Yoga is ideal for beginners to seasoned practitioners, and aims to increase flexibility, improve balance, build strength, and enhance health and well-being for students of all abilities.
