Have you been practicing yoga for years but still don't feel any changes in your life? Or perhaps you simply wish to deepen your practice?
Hatha Yoga is the oldest and most widespread yoga tradition. In this course, you will learn how to perform asanas correctly to maximize the benefits of your practice and stay injury-free. You will also explore pranayama techniques, as an asana is incomplete without conscious breathing.
You will discover how yogis achieve deep, restorative relaxation in a short time using a specific method: Yoga Nidra.
COURSE PROGRAM:
〰️ How to choose a suitable warm-up
〰️ Asana practice with detailed explanations of correct execution
〰️ Pose adjustment and alignment
〰️ Asana variations for different fitness levels
〰️ Effective use of props
〰️ Introduction to pranayama – the art of conscious breathing
〰️ Preparatory exercises for pranayama
〰️ Practice of various pranayama techniques
〰️ Kumbhaka (breath retention) and its application
〰️ Introduction to the Yoga Nidra deep relaxation technique
〰️ Full Yoga Nidra practice covering all 8 stages
Whether you’re just starting out with yoga or already have experience, this course gives you a well-rounded grounding in Hatha Yoga — posture, breath, alignment, relaxation. It’s a good foundation if you plan to integrate yoga into your lifestyle, or simply seek a deeper, more mindful practice.
You’ll leave with practical tools: a better understanding of your body and breath, improved flexibility and strength, and knowledge of breathing and relaxation techniques you can continue on your own.
The course is led by Arpit Agarwal — a yogi with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in yoga and over 10 years of teaching experience.
✅️ After successful completion, participants receive a certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance USA — a valuable accreditation for personal practice or future teaching.
COURSE FORMAT
▫️6 consecutive days: 12.07. - 17.07.2026.
▫️Daily practice volume: approximately 5 hours per day — a truly immersive experience (~30 hours in total). We will meet every day of the course from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
▫️ The course will be offered in English, with possibility for translation into Latvian if needed.
📍 The course will be held at Labo Sajūtu Laboratorija, Brīvības gatve 214b - 504, Rīga, VEF.
Course Fee: 350 EUR
