Hatha Yoga & Sound Bath (Ocean Beach Studio)

Come join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation as we combine the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga with the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath. This class will take place every Friday at 5:00 PM PST at our studio located at 2183 Bacon Street, San Diego, CA 92107.

Immerse yourself in the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls during and after you flow through gentle yoga poses to stretch and strengthen your body. This unique experience will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.

No prior experience with yoga or sound healing is necessary - all levels are welcome!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. No walk ins please.

What to bring to the event:

Water bottle

Wear comfortable athletic wear clothing

barefoot only in the studio

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.

NOTICE: Sound Baths are not recommended for those with severe mental health conditions, pregnant women in their first trimester, individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders, people with significant hearing loss, those highly sensitive to sound, and anyone with implanted medical devices like pacemakers, as the vibrations could cause discomfort or potential complications.
