4-Week LYC Practice Pod
Tuesdays 5:45-7:00 PM October 1, 8, 15, 22
Guided by the solar and lunar tenants of a hatha practice, we delve for seven weeks into uniting breath, body and mind. Each practice will incorporate smiling, asanas, hand mudras, breathing techniques, skeletal and muscle systems information, and chakras all building towards a “peak pose”. The practices are available for students of all experience levels.
Our inclusive nature and handicapped accessible building provide a safe sanctuary for all.
