Join Jennifer in a Hatha Flow Yoga and breathwork experience. This is a beginner friendly class and slow Yoga flow. All yoga props are provided - mats, bolsters, blankets, eye masks and blocks. We begin with 15 minutes of breathwork and then 60 minutes of gentle movement in the practice of Hatha Flow Yoga. Yoga is an embodied practice and beautiful way to connect with yourself and your nervous system.Cost is 20$ - cash or Venmo accepted
Doors open at 545pm and you park on 21st St and walk up onto the front porch.
